Privacy policy
This policy explains how NEXTGENVERSE SOLUTION ("we", "us") handles information in the Android apps we publish on Google Play, including Home Launcher and PDFix: PDF Editor & Scanner (together, the "Apps").
Information we do not collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, phone number, contacts or messages. Files you scan, open or edit in our Apps are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Information collected by third-party services
Some Apps use services from Google to show ads and to understand app performance. These services may collect:
- Device information such as model, Android version and language
- The advertising ID, used to show and measure ads
- App usage and crash reports, used to fix bugs and improve the Apps
These services are run by Google under their own policies: Google Privacy Policy and AdMob data use. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Settings › Google › Ads.
Permissions
- Camera (PDFix) — to scan documents and QR codes. Images stay on your device.
- Files and storage (PDFix) — to open and save PDFs you choose.
- Installed apps list (Home Launcher) — to show your apps on the home screen. This list stays on your device and is never shared.
You can turn off any permission at any time in your device settings. Some features may stop working without it.
How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to run the Apps, show ads, fix crashes and improve features. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Data stored by the Apps stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data. To request deletion of any data related to you, email us at the address below.
Children
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use the security features provided by Android and Google Play to protect the Apps. No method of storage or transfer is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
